The Aesthetic-PressTM System is a standardization of an
innovative and state of the art procedure to press highly
aesthetic and functional crowns and bridges.

"...a system that is setting a new standard."

Dr. Rogelio Espinosa Dr. Rogelio Espinosa from Mexico City
"It is a remarkable experience to work with a system that allows you to fully reach the expectations of a restoration (biocompatibility, resistance and high esthetics). The manner in which the elaboration of the restoration is simplified, as well as its high quality standard, allows us to work with no limitations. Thus we can keep on finding new paths for the rehabilitations of our patients.

The idea of pressing over zirconia or metal with the wax preforms, called OccluMaster, guarantees us an excellent anatomic shape and contour in addition to an excellent light transmission, which is achieved through the Feldspathic porcelain ingots. These ingots have been tested to offer the highest optical characteristics which allow us to make a highly esthetic restoration."

"After seeing a lecture about this product by renown German Master Technician, Jan Langner, and realising the benefits of this product, I decided to try it myself. Being a strong believer in internal layering for high end cosmetic work, I was surprised to see that by using feldspathic pressing porcelain, you can simplify this procedure with a similar aesthetic result.

In comparison to synthetic ceramics, AP feldspathic press has the same optical properties as you are used to with your pfm type ceramics, minus the metal frame. Pressing over zirconia will also reduce the risk of chipping, if done in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. This system has increased my productivity greatly, with no loss of quality. I used to spend a full day completing the porcelain work on 7 crowns and now I can press and stain 14 units in one day."

~ Werner Sauer
